This product is very nice. I have used it in both hot and cold foods with little to no problems. It is flavorless as advertised and does not add the thickening agent that some powders do. I shake it in my orange juice or milk (doesnt stir as well) tastes OK & goes down easy. Buying it on subscription with amazon makes the price per gram competitive with chicken breasts—with no fat, cholesterol or COOKING!

I like it a lot. It has almost no taste, and whatever taste it does have is quite good for me (sort of light vanilla). It does not require any mixer, only hand shaking, which is a big plus for me, and it dissolves nicely. How to get chest muscles

Want bigger pecs? Well here are some simple exercises and recommendations that will help you get muscle quick

Tools/ Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Weights and various exercising equipment
  • Possibly a local gym (optional)
  • Water: When using supplements such as concentrated protein and energy drinks, be sure to drink an appropriate amount of water to prevent dehydration and/or kidney damage.

A) Do push ups. This often neglected exercise allows for a great pump, pumping nutrients to the muscles. Have your hands about shoulder width apart. When you first start to do push ups they tend to be hard but, when you keep on doing them, they will be easy. Push ups also work your triceps and shoulders (deltoids). Push ups also have effects on shoulder/back muscles, as an added benefit.

B) Bench press. Bench press is the most popular chest building exercise of all time. Lower the bar down to chest until you reach about 1″ from your chest. Bench press also works out your triceps and shoulders (deltoids). Bench press as many times as you can, and then some more to really feel the burn – keep it to a point where you feel like snapping, but you won’t, barely. This helps the blood flow carry glycogen throughout your body, so calories will be easily burned and the exercise can continue with the help of adrenaline.

C) Incline bench press. It’s the same as bench press, only it focuses more on your upper pectoral muscles.

D) Decline bench Press. Same as bench press, only it focuses more on your lower pectoral muscles. Most people don’t perform this exercise but it is essential in obtaining a full and rounded chest, otherwise your chest can look somewhat strange.

E) Do Flyes. this will not dramatically increase your strength, but shapes your pecs in a great way. It is also a great stretch for your pecs.
