Here’s another cool natural whey  from Optimum nutrition gold standard for the chocolate lovers!
Mixes very easily with just a spoon. The chocolate flavor is pretty decent as well. You get a lot of servings for what you pay for. Recommended!

I think it is best to use a blender to achieve the best results. No matter how much you mix it with a spoon, the powder will not blend with the milk as well as if you use a blender.
This is a great whey product. Easily mixes with a spoon without any clumps. The taste is ok. Remember, it does not contain any artificial sweeteners or ingredients. So it will not taste “rich”. But the taste is fine. Price is right as well.

This product is very nice. I have used it in both hot and cold foods with little to no problems. It is flavorless as advertised and does not add the thickening agent that some powders do. I do reccomend mixing the powder in cool or room temp. liquid before adding to hot foods to prevent clumping which is the denaturing of the protein.

I shake it in my orange juice or milk (doesnt stir as well) tastes OK & goes down easy. Buying it on subscription with amazon makes the price per gram competitive with chicken breasts—with no fat, cholesterol or COOKING!

I like it a lot. It has almost no taste, and whatever taste it does have is quite good for me (sort of light vanilla). It does not require any mixer, only hand shaking, which is a big plus for me, and it dissolves nicely. I mix it with water before going to gym, and on a coupe of occasions I drunk it a day later and it was fine, that was another plus for me. No additives (and no worries) and very light on calories.

I used the perfect push up at a local gym I used to go to and it made me want it, so I searched for it on Amazon and I found this as an alternative and read reviews and all that jazz before I purchased it. I think this performs just as well as the perfect push up and it costs quite a bit less so I was happy about that. All in all, if you are looking for a better way to do push ups this is it, I instantly felt it in parts of my muscles I havent felt before. So if you are debating between this and the perfect push up, there really is no difference, just the name.

Great whey protein shake without artificial sweeteners

If youre sensitive to artificial sweeteners and/or flavorings, you might not like the taste.But this designer whey protein powder has a pretty good taste, good health benefits.

Otherwise, I found the taste very smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. I blended the powder with some light soymilk and strawberries and it was very tasty and filling. When I tried it with just water, it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt the best either. Maybe if you add ice and blend it, youll get a better texture.

I have just a week trying this product and should say it is good! What I do is to mix 2 soy milk, 1 banana, couple of strawberries or better blueberries, 3 ice cubs, and a scoop of this whey protein.
I do not need to add sugar. Makes you feel full for couple of hours.

Designer Wheys The Biggest Loser Protein contain 8grams of Whey Protein Isolate per serving with 6grams of Prebiotc fiber to help curb hunger. Low in calories with only 40 caloreis per serving and 0grams of fat! Calcium has been addded for to aid in fat loss and bone health

One of our friends switched over from soy protein shakes to whey protein shakes some time ago. The problem is that most of them use artificial sweeteners that  he is sensitive to. This all natural Vanilla Bean shake uses stevia, a natural product.

I havent tried many other health shakes, but if youre trying to lose weight (versus build mass), this is probably a good option (and if youre on Weight Watchers like me, youll appreciate how one scoop is zero points, thanks to the added fiber). I look forward to trying the other flavors soon.
