Great whey protein shake without artificial sweeteners

If youre sensitive to artificial sweeteners and/or flavorings, you might not like the taste.But this designer whey protein powder has a pretty good taste, good health benefits.

Otherwise, I found the taste very smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. I blended the powder with some light soymilk and strawberries and it was very tasty and filling. When I tried it with just water, it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt the best either. Maybe if you add ice and blend it, youll get a better texture.

I have just a week trying this product and should say it is good! What I do is to mix 2 soy milk, 1 banana, couple of strawberries or better blueberries, 3 ice cubs, and a scoop of this whey protein.
I do not need to add sugar. Makes you feel full for couple of hours.

One of our friends switched over from soy protein shakes to whey protein shakes some time ago. The problem is that most of them use artificial sweeteners that  he is sensitive to. This all natural Vanilla Bean shake uses stevia, a natural product.

I havent tried many other health shakes, but if youre trying to lose weight (versus build mass), this is probably a good option (and if youre on Weight Watchers like me, youll appreciate how one scoop is zero points, thanks to the added fiber). I look forward to trying the other flavors soon.
