Eat grilled or boiled meat such as steak and chicken instead of fried meat.  Add spices to make it taste even better.  Give up the soda. If you consume a soda or two every day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stop completely, cut back at first and drink water instead. Those are empty calories so stop drinking it and substitute water. (Note that the average person adds 90,000 calories a year from sipping juice or soda.  WOW!  That&#8217;s a great tip.)  Don&#8217;t buy junk food.  Shop from a list.  If you don&#8217;t have junk food at home you won&#8217;t eat it.Treat yourself at least once a week to the foods you really like. That will help you avoid binging when you experience cravings. When you treat, don&#8217;t go overboard.  Trick yourself into being satisfied with less by using a smaller plate. (Not only are you tricking yourself, even if the trick doesn&#8217;t work it&#8217;s easier to stop eating when the plate is empty and there&#8217;s no more food available.)  Rob a bank and get caught.  They serve a balanced diet in prison.  (Um, no.  That&#8217;s a bad idea.)Stay away from fad diets.  They starve you and then you eat more when the diet is over.Do exercise multiple times a day. If you&#8217;re watching television, do some push ups or crunches. That&#8217;s a great idea to increase the work outs.  Measure your food. If you have junk food remember to measure and control the portion. Portion control is a big part of a healthy diet. Most restaurants and even people at home serve too much food.</p>

It is a conspiracy to shorten human life span for business profit. It’s commonly found in shortenings, margarine and some vegetable oils, as well as baked or fried food with those ingredients. Have you ever wondered how it is formed? Trans fat is made when hydrogen is added to vegetable oil, a process called hydrogenation. Such artificial fat is formed when hydrogen is added to vegetable oil to result in a more solid consistency and longer shelf life for the food</p>
