It&#8217;s not really hard to find diets that work, but finding a diet you can stick to is the issue. The 46.8 billion dollar diet industry (as of 25) depends not on people staying healthy and keeping off weight, but rather on people taking an endless yo-yo ride between health and fat. Because the money comes from repeat business, the focus is naturally on methods and products that work for a short period of time but result in return business.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a diet that works. Combine limiting caloric intake to 1 calories a day with at least 3 minutes of exercise at least 5 times a week. That diet will result in shedding weight. But there are two issues. #1 cravings will likely ruin the diet. 1 calories and all that exercise will eventually lead to big hunger and binge eating. It is a conspiracy to shorten human life span for business profit. It’s commonly found in shortenings, margarine and some vegetable oils, as well as baked or fried food with those ingredients. Have you ever wondered how it is formed? Trans fat is made when hydrogen is added to vegetable oil, a process called hydrogenation. Such artificial fat is formed when hydrogen is added to vegetable oil to result in a more solid consistency and longer shelf life for the food</p>

Polyunsaturated fats as a whole decrease LDL as well as slightly decrease HDL cholesterol.
