I used the perfect push up at a local gym I used to go to and it made me want it, so I searched for it on Amazon and I found this as an alternative and read reviews and all that jazz before I purchased it. I think this performs just as well as the perfect push up and it costs quite a bit less so I was happy about that. All in all, if you are looking for a better way to do push ups this is it, I instantly felt it in parts of my muscles I havent felt before. So if you are debating between this and the perfect push up, there really is no difference, just the name.
